Spaces & pricing
What each space is, and what it costs.
Every price on this page excludes VAT and is the same at Manchester, Leeds and Sheffield. Where a room exists at some buildings and not at others, it says so beside the price.

Meeting room credits
Hours you have already paid for.
A Dedicated Desk carries four hours of meeting room credit a month. Any private office carries twelve. Credits do not roll over: an unused hour at the end of the month is gone, and we would rather say that here than in a clause.
Hours beyond the credit are charged at the rates above, at the building where the room is.
Without a desk
Two things you can buy on their own.
- Registered Address — a business address with mail handling, collection or forwarding
- £45 per month
- Day Pass — a desk on the open floor for one day, at any site
- £29 per day
Both exclude VAT. Neither includes access outside reception hours.
Terms
A licence, not a lease.
What you sign
A licence to occupy. It gives you the right to use the space; it does not give you an interest in the building. That is what flexible workspace actually is, and using the word "lease" loosely would misdescribe it.
Minimum term and notice
Coworking is one month, rolling. A private office is three months and then rolls. Notice is one month either side, whichever the space.
Deposit
One month's fee on a private office. Nothing on coworking. It is returned at the end of the licence, less anything owed.

What the figure covers.

The price list is the whole conversation.
What a viewing adds is the room: the light in the afternoon, the noise on the floor, how far the desk is from the kitchen. Enquiries answered within one working day.
