Before you come
Three things worth deciding first.
The head count
The number of people decides most of the rest: which office sizes are open to you, whether a team suite is in range, and which buildings can take you at all. Two to four, six to ten, or twelve to twenty-five.
The start date
Coworking is one month, rolling. A private office is a three-month minimum and then rolls, with a deposit of one month's fee. There is no deposit on coworking.
What a viewing is for
Every figure is already on this site, so a viewing is for what a page cannot show: the light in the afternoon, the noise on the floor, and how far the desk is from the kitchen.
