Northline Piccadilly
Ashfold Mill, Piccadilly Basin, Manchester
A six-bay textile warehouse of the 1890s, brick and cast iron, taken on one floor at a time from 2016. Four floors and 34,000 square feet make it the largest of the three and the head office. It is also the widest choice of room: the team suites and one of the two twenty-person boardrooms are here.
Manchester Piccadilly station is roughly eight minutes on foot. Forty parking spaces are available at £110 per month, excluding VAT.

02 — Leeds
Northline Riverside
Calder House, The Calls, Leeds
A riverside warehouse conversion: a 1970s frame standing behind a restored brick façade, three floors and 19,500 square feet. 130 coworking desks, 18 private offices and four meeting rooms, including the second of the two boardrooms. Team suites of up to twenty-five people are available here.
Leeds station is roughly ten minutes on foot. There is no dedicated parking at this building.

03 — Sheffield
Northline Kelham
Foundry Yard, Kelham Island, Sheffield
A former steel fabrication works, single-span with north-light glazing across the whole roof. Two floors and 12,800 square feet: the newest building and the smallest. 85 coworking desks, 11 private offices and three meeting rooms. The largest office here takes ten people, not twenty-five, and there is no boardroom — for twenty in a room, that is Manchester or Leeds.
Sheffield station is roughly eighteen minutes on foot, or take the tram to Shalesmoor. 22 parking spaces are available at £75 per month, excluding VAT.

One rate card
A Flex Desk is £245 a month in Manchester, in Leeds and in Sheffield. Nothing on this site is priced by building. All prices exclude VAT.
Any site, any day
A monthly Flex Desk has no fixed seat and is valid at all three buildings. A Day Pass is £29 and works the same way. A Dedicated Desk is fixed, and fixed means one building.
The same access
Members are in 24/7 by fob. Reception is staffed Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00, and every member has two free guest day passes a month.
