Coworking
£245 a month — Flex Desk, unlimited days, no fixed seat- £29 a day for a single Flex Desk day, at any of the three
- £320 a month for a Dedicated Desk: a fixed desk, a lockable pedestal and a monitor arm
- Minimum term one month, rolling. No deposit
Private offices
£560 a month, from — small office, 2 to 4 people, 180 to 320 sq ft- £1,340 a month — medium, 6 to 10 people, 420 to 740 sq ft
- £2,600 a month — team suite, 12 to 25 people, 950 to 1,900 sq ft
- Team suites at Manchester and Leeds only. Sheffield's largest office takes 10
Meeting rooms and day use
£28 an hour, from — small room, 4 people- £48 an hour — large room, 10 people
- £75 an hour — boardroom, 20 people, Manchester and Leeds only
- £75 a day — day office, 1 to 3 people

Book a viewing
Tell us the city, how many people and roughly when. Viewing enquiries are answered within one working day.
See the floor
Walk the floor you would actually be on, at the time of day you would be using it. Reception is staffed Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00.
Sign a licence
What you sign is a licence to occupy, not a lease. One month minimum on coworking, three months on a private office, one month's notice either side.
Move in
A fob, a desk and a network. The deposit is one month's fee on a private office and nothing at all on coworking.
